Shipping Policy

At Gym X Store, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders across India. If you are located in a remote area, delivery times may vary or may be subject to availability of courier services.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 4–6 business days
Other Urban Areas: 5–8 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: 7–12 business days
Note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors like courier delays, weather, or regional logistics constraints.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free for all prepaid orders above ₹499.
A flat fee of ₹49 is charged for orders below ₹499.
Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional ₹40 handling fee.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order using the link provided.
6. Delays or Issues
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team within 48 hours at support@gymxstore.com.
7. Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or unavailability of the customer, we will reach out to confirm a reshipment. Additional charges may apply.
8. International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. Orders are only fulfilled within India.
